How to film from a distance???
If you're talking about the beta 2 version, either press x in the simulation to zoom out and z to zoom in, or zoom out as far as you want it in the editor (with the zoom tool) and hold shift when you press the play button. By doing the second way that I listed you can be more zoomed out then you can with the x button in the simulation.

how do i film the line rider from a distance so you can see a lot of the track itself??? i just want to know because it will help me make cool vids.
