Easter Eggs
Easter eggs are features of the game which have been added on purpose, but "hidden" in some way. On the flash version of line rider, there are two known easter eggs:
1. Live play - drawing lines, erasing lines or zooming with the mouse, while the line rider is playing. This is basically done by holing ctrl when you click play. This video (which was not made by me) shows it being used: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NA2tUwJgbY
2. Ghost flag - hold c when you click the flag button. The flag image is replaced with a ghost image of bosh! This can be very useful when trying to carefully place tricky lines.
Glitches
Glitches are essentially bugs in the game - i.e. things happening that the programmer did not intend. However, in line rider (especially the flash version; I do not know whether these work in silverlight) some glitches have been used to create new tricks, or new styles of play!
1. Gravity wells (probably the best-known glitch) - this is basically when bosh is near the bottom of a line, and gets "pulled" into it. You will have almost certainly done one of these yourself accidentally, but with a lot of time and patience they can be used to create some creative tricks. Here is a video (which was not made by me) of some basic gravity wells: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEO5SozgbK8
2. Anti-gravity wells - Although it sounds very similar, these are actually made in a very different way. They are basically used to create invisible lines, so you can give the appearance of Bosh floating, rather than riding, across the lines. Here is a video (which was not made by me) of how to create a basic anti-gravity well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YD83oJfks6s
3. Draw upside down - Press TAB when there are no lines drawn yet. This is a fairly pointless trick, but fun to play around with for a while.
4. Uber zoom - Zoom in as close as you want... literally. First, press TAB when there are no lines drawn yet (i.e. use the "draw upside down" glitch). Then draw at least one line. Then select (but do not use) the magnifying glass. Hold ctrl+shift, and click play. (Still holding ctrl+shift) zoom in as far as you want by holding z. Click play again. Now click stop, and let go of ctrl and shift. You should be zoomed in as close as you want! Again, this trick doesn't really have much use, but it's fun to play with. edited by agent_smith on 7/1/2009

Oh yeah, isnt a fakie one of the two? It's a list I've made, not an "official" list. But most experienced players would agree with everything I've said there, I think.
I suppose you could possibly put fakies as a glitch in the game, but personally I'd just call it a trick since it does not really "abuse" the game in any way.

Okay then...
There must be more glithes, though.

There must be more glithes, though. There are hundreds of variations of these glitches (especially gravity wells), but all significant glitches can be summarised by this list. I'd say about 90% of "new tricks" are just different forms of gravity wells, and the rest are almost always still only variations of old moves.
But yes, there are a few little things I haven't included here because they do not add anything to the game and would have made this list unnecessarily long. For example, if you move the start point on top of a line at a certain point then the track will not play. Or if you leave bosh falling for a long time then he will disappear. Or if bosh rides towards a wall very fast then he might travel straight through (if you're very lucky, without even falling off!).
...But all of these other glitches are useless for making better tracks and/or can only be achieved with a huge amount of luck, so there's not much point mentioning them.

I can do very small G-Well chains... but full on XY tracks, nope. quirk tracks, nope. I've only gotten up to about 4-5 lines in a G-Well chain b4...
