It could be that you have already filled up all the room in your saved tracks file on your computer, or if you are playing silverlight, you could have already filled up your online space.
Well, silverlight does make the file bigger than beta 2, you might want to try and get unbound for Wii or Nintendo DS.
If your hard drive is filled up you could try finding a way to delete unused files.
