Keyboard doesn't work, saved riders fall off, what next?
I feel you on this one man......this keyboard shortcut stuff really pisses me off, not being able to quickly move the screen around and invert lines. And I can't even look up HOW to invert lines, since my shortcut keys ( like h- for HELP!!) won't work on me. And to think I was actually looking forward to this release..... cut the crap LineRider, your stuff is weak.

yeah i must agree with all of you that it doesn't work as it should and i think that some people (like me) think they don't have that kind of problems but when they try to load and play an internet saved track it just SUCKS its just like it replaces red lines with blue ones when you load it. it really pisses me of but if they could fix that along with all the other things it will be better than beta 2 cuz you can upload it to public tracks...(if your track would be not crashing and stuff)
I gave up on line rider a few months ago because of the physics problems... I come back to give it another try and the shortcut keys don't work... Waste of time anymore, it was a good idea but so poorly managed and implimented that all of your early adopters are going to move away and line rider will get such a bad rep through word of mouth that it will be a huge hurdle for you guys to get over if you don't try and improve on that...
As for me back to la la land and flash games that work.
Silverlight 2 is still horrible. i uploaded a track at my friends house we spent over an hour working on and he died in the first 5 seconds because silverlight screwed it up. AND NO KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS?! I CAN ZOOM AT ALL WHILE WATCHING! To make things worse, when I got home to try and play on chrome, line rider was completely messed up. I have to place the mouse about 2 inches from the spot I want to click or draw so I can't select the straight line tool or the freehand or even what type of line I would like to use. I like the new linerider but SILVERLIGHT SUCKS, FIX IT AND FIX ALL THE GLITCHES (but keep the new design and features)

My main OS is Linux so that immediately alienates me. I tried installing Moonlight but that's only SL1.
Under Windows, I found the no keyboard problem, even though the help pages state the same keys as the Flash version.
I still thought I'd give it a shot, so created a simple track, saved it, sent it and it just sits there on 100% in Firefox 3.0, and under IE7 it tells me to install SL2... of which I have v 2.0.31005.0 already installed!
I've listened to part of the interview on why they've switched to Silverlight, but I don't buy it. It just doesn't work. EPIC FAIL. Get back to Flash, MSN integration *is not important* but a cross-platform, working version is. For all its faults, Flash just does work. Silverlight isn't ready yet, and as it isn't really cross platform, perhaps it never will be.

i havnt been on linerider for a long time. and in this time everything changed to the worst.
yesterday i made a track and saved it.
my keyboard also didnt work.
today i loaded this track again and suddenly this dude is too slow to make the last part of my track! so i loaded it again and then he already crashed at the beginning of the track...wtf?
for how long have the problems been there?
when are they going to do something about it?!
ya but this isn't really helping now is it? But i guess venting here is fun to some ppl. When i came back to line rider cuz i hv iRide for iPod and looked at the new Linerider......all i can say is that it looked nice.

YYYYYYYYES! Finally i get to use Silverlight on my Dad's PC! This is the moment i have savoured since being at my mums, finally getting to... what? no keyboard shortcuts and saved riders fall off when they never used to? oh crap. well you've really screwed things up this time Linerider.

i mean, keyboard shortcuts. o.k, they're not as essential as your ride not working properly, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF IT DID!
second: the rider falls off when he never used to? hmm... i smell a fishy thing going on... oh wait, my dinner is ready.
third: it's not all that great, with everyone banging on about it.
fourth: you can't save on public or your own space.
fifth: there are numerous glitches, like the rider's foot isn't connected to the sled, his face doesn't look at you when he dies [i have to say this is minor and quite hard to spot] and when he falls off, his sled sort of hovers around or is it just me?
sorry but 2/10. it just ISN'T that good! so i think i'll stick to beta 2 for the time being.
i need replies on this otherwise the team won't do anything about it so GET REPLYING!
