It depends. If you're talking about making it a movie, it's pretty simple. First, you need to record it. Some people use real video cams and just aim them at the screen, but usually a screen capture program is best. Then record your track, and post in on YouTube or Google Vids. This is where you should add any effects desired. Then go to the movie section and click on the submit video link. Fill in the necessary info, including the URL, which is the web address of the EXACT web page of your YouTube version. Click submit, and you're done!
u could also use hypercam2. click on movies on the top left of the page. name ur movie put in tags and then just put the url that the track is on. it may not work if that url is not sponserd by linerider. if it doesnt work just put the video o a web page that is sponserd it shows some examples on that page.
