How to put a track on the "Public Tracks" menu?

OK this is how you do it

1.Get a WiFi connection (Read WiFi instruction Booklet)
2.Go to your acount and the "set up game client"
3.follow the instructions from there and when it asks for a DAC code enter yours (it is found in the "set up" section
4.After doing those things, on your DS hit "connect"
5. Wait for your DS to connect to the internet
6.Select your track and wait for it to upload
7.Go to your acount afterwards and look for your track. It should say "Pending Approval"
8.Wait for it to be approved by a mod (It should take around 5 days to a week)
9.After it gets approved look for it in the public tracks section NOTE: it will not always be on the first page

BTW: it has to be approved because the rating "E" for the game. they don't want to get in trouble if someone puts something inappropriate
