Never Understood... Why a Wii Version?
...Why not for the other systems?
The "other" Flash game, N+, has made it big on ALL the consoles, but got its fame on the 360.
Besides, wouldn't drawing lines... tire the arm? Nintendo should release a mouse, just like with Mario Paint back with the SNES.
I would think it's mostly because of the controls, but there's a lot of factors involved. N+ is a perfect fit for all the consoles due to requiring only the usual basic console controls. Since this is primarily a drawing game, it's more of a natural fit on just the Nintendo systems. Who knows what's in Line Rider's future though - we're always looking into more avenues for people to experience the fun of it
As for tiring the arm, I used to wonder that myself before playing the game all day long day after day after day, and it never happened. I'm not even in real good shape. All it takes is a good match of Wii boxing to get my arm aching.
