My picture wont show up! Help me plz

Hey i've tried putting my picture and then it says its saved as my pic then its not there

i think i can help you. ok go to www.photobucket.com. then create an accout (its free) then upload images. next scroll down till u see er images then where it says [IMG] copy and past but put THIS forum's img thing then post.
