How do you make switches

I saw some tracks with switches and i was wondering how they do that

They make two tracks : one with the switch of, and one with the switch on. Then they make a video of both tracks.
Then hey edit it in Windows Moviemaker or something else. This makes it look like Bosh hitting a switch!

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment. It should be in there.
