Hi. Im new and need a little help

I need to know how to put a track on the website so other people can watch it. I wanna make it so where i can show it to my friend.

1. Sign-up for Youtube or Tinypic.com(no sign-up needed! Does not take .wmv).
2. Upload your video.
3. locate your video page.
4. copy & paste embed code to this page.
If sending by email, copy & paste URL.
