record the video using hypercam(its free), then use windows moviemaker to edit it, then upload it to youtube or some other video sharing site, finally copy and paste the embed code onto this forum and it will show the video as a window on here so you can watch it without having to go top the site

I just video tape cuase I'm not allowed to download. Import to PC or MAC. go to www.tinypic.com(no sign up requried!). Upload to site.
