Perfict Circle

How do i make a perfict Circle with out all the multiple lines that intersept each other, because it looks weird when ur making a cliff plz help??? =Þ Help ty

You use the magnifying glass and make little lines all around to make a circle. Hint: Use about 1/2 of the circle as red and the rest of the circle blue.
