Ok, first of all, go to the picture/page or whatever that you want to take a screenshot of. (sometimes called a screeny or SS)
When your on the page, look for a button on your keyboard that says Print Scr or anything close to that like prt scr. Heres a picture on where to look.
All you have to do is press it once.
Now, right away open paint.
When your on paint, either press CTRL +v at the same time, or go to the "Edit" tab, and click "Paste"
Now, save it into "My Pictures".
After it is saved, go to your image hosting site (ImageShack, Photobucket) and upload it. There should be a link in a box, so copy and paste the link, and post the link on the website of your choice.
Make sure to put image tags around the link!
