My criticism on the forum [Mods/Admins please read]

First of, thanks inxile for developing the game further! Looking great!

But the forum is pretty bad. The reasons are this:
•Way too many people who post here are under 10.Just look at there posts...

•No one seems to read stickies

•Some good guides (Eg the scenery guides by TechDawg) are not stickied and are very hard to find, since they are a bit old now.

•No respect between members

I hope you understand what I mean. Compared to most other forums on the internet, this site does not keep the forums clean. Out of 20 topics, only 1 has something useful in it (ie. good advice, helpful tips/hints). I would advise the admin to do a cleanup of all the useless forum topics, keeping only good/useful/heavily discussed ones. And after that, have 1/some mod(s) keeping the forum clean. This will also be n favor of the sever's bandwitch.

I hope you take this in consideration.
