HOW DO I UPLOAD THOSE MOVIES???

I am new here, so i don't now excactly what to do. I have the Supercam 2 thing, So i just wonder HOW I shall get em' on youtube or here?

Can someone PLEASE explain this to me?
How does the Supercam 2 thing and everything else i have to do/use WORK?!!!
