New Glitch?

I found a really strange glitch, if you put up the magnifyer, hold control, hit play, then zoom, something strange happens. His scarf gets elongated, and he starts riding on invisable lines! Whats up? Is this new? Check out these picks:

yes you can also do that with the pencil tool to draw while he is riding.
